Part-Time Operations Assistant – £15/hr + Benefits

Salary: £15.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time (Approx. 20 hours/week – flexible hours available) potential to go full time

We’re working with a dynamic and growing company to find a reliable Part-Time Operations Assistant. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organised, and supporting daily operations behind the scenes, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor stock levels and help with inventory checks and audits
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Prepare service kits for field engineers
  • Coordinate tools, parts, and collections with engineers
  • Raise purchase orders and communicate with suppliers

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or operational support is ideal but not essential
  • Great attention to detail and time management
  • Friendly communication skills (email and phone)
  • Basic computer literacy (spreadsheets, email, order systems)
  • Ability to lift and handle stock and packages
