Gap Personnel are currently recruting for a reliable and motivated paint sprayer to work with our client in Oldbury.

  • Hours
  • Night Shift: Monday to Thursday 2pm - 12am (midnight)
  • Pay & Benefits
  • £16-£18 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Additional £1 per hour night shift allowance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mix paint in accordance with specified mixing ratios.
  • Apply paint coatings to the correct thicknesses as stated in process documentation.
  • Ensure painted finishes meet customer quality standards and internal specifications.
  • Maintain daily production output targets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and orfanised working environement.
  • Support the team in achieving production and quality targets.

About You

  • Previous experience as a paint sprayer, ideally within the automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to interpret and follow process documentation.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Own transport is essential, as public transport is not available at the end of the shift (00:00).
