- Night Shift: Monday to Thursday 2pm - 12am (midnight)

Key Responsibilities
- Mix paint in accordance with specified mixing ratios.
- Apply paint coatings to the correct thicknesses as stated in process documentation.
- Ensure painted finishes meet customer quality standards and internal specifications.
- Maintain daily production output targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe and orfanised working environement.
- Support the team in achieving production and quality targets.
About You
- Previous experience as a paint sprayer, ideally within the automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to interpret and follow process documentation.
