We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Pickers to join our team in a busy refrigerated warehouse environment in Wakefield (WF6). The Role
As a Warehouse Picker, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders using a headset voice-picking system. The role involves working in a refrigerated environment and regular manual handling, including heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking orders accurately using a headset voice-picking system
- Working efficiently to meet daily targets
- Moving and handling products, including heavy items
- Working safely in a refrigerated environment
- Checking picked orders for accuracy
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Following all company health & safety procedures
About You
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using a headset-based picking system
- Hardworking and motivated
- Available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday every week
Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is desirable, but full training can be provided.
