The Role

As an Employability Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of the Jobs Guarantee Programme. You'll support participants throughout their journey, from referral and onboarding through to job matching and sustained employment, while working closely with internal teams and employers. Your ability to engage participants, identify employment opportunities, and maintain accurate programme records will be essential to the success of the programme.
