The predicted salary is between 28000 - 36000 £ per year.

£32k per annum. Sunday-Thursday / 10pm-6am. Deeside

Our manufacturing client based in the Deeside area are currently looking to recruit a Night Shift Trainer on a permanent basis.

Additional Training you will receive in this role includes:

  • Train the Trainer Course
  • Intermediate Food Safety
  • Intermediate Health and Safety
  • CCP Training-COSHH Training

Performance Objectives

  • Liaise with training in welcoming new staff members.
  • Identify and implement training needs within all departments.
  • Deliver training through demonstration instructions and observations to individuals and groups (toolbox talks).
  • Work alongside the Training and H&S Departments to keep staff training records up to date.
  • Have an active role in quality focus and health and safety days.
  • Work to implement new policies from the Technical, Health and Safety and HR departments.
  • Audit areas ensuring all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are being followed.
  • Have an active role in correct PPE usage (including the issue of and your area compliance).
  • Have an active role with the commissioning of new equipment with your department.

Person Specification

  • A confident individual with good communication skills.
  • An understanding of Food Safety, Health and Safety and quality awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Right first-time approach.
  • Ability to follow documented procedures.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Ability to prioritise between tasks.
