Pay & Working Hours
£16.94 per hour Monday to Friday working weekly rotating shifts of 6:00am – 2:00pm, 2:00pm – 10:00pm & 10:00pm – 6:00am
Key Responsibilities
- Operating conversion machinery or similar equipment within a corrugated/cardboard environment
- Feeding board into machines and ensuring smooth, continuous production runs
- Monitoring machine performance, identifying faults, and escalating issues to the line leader promptly
- Carrying out in-process quality checks to ensure finished products meet required specifications
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area in line with production and health & safety standards
- Working independently while supporting the wider production team to meet daily output targets
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working within a cardboard, corrugated, or packaging conversion environment
- Experience operating production or conversion machinery (e.g. die-cutting, gluing, printing, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
