About the role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mobile Cleaner to join our council’s Facilities Team. Working across Hemel Hempstead and nearby areas, you will play a vital role in keeping our community spaces, offices, and public facilities clean, safe, and welcoming.
Key responsibilities
- Cleaning council buildings, community centres, and public facilities to a high standard
- Travelling between multiple sites during the working day
- Carrying out routine and deep cleaning tasks, including mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces
- Ensuring cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored appropriately
- Reporting any maintenance or health and safety issues promptly
Requirements

Full UK driving licence (essential) – vehicle will be provided for work purposes
