We’re recruiting Hygiene Operators for a specialist abattoir and food‑processing site in Milford Haven. This is a hands‑on, physically demanding role involving dismantling machinery, deep‑cleaning production areas, and maintaining strict hygiene and food‑safety standards. Full training is provided, but you must be confident with heavy lifting, manual handling, and working in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Dismantling machinery at the end of each shift for full deep‑clean
  • Heavy‑duty hygiene work using chemicals, pressure washers, and cleaning equipment
  • Cleaning abattoir lines, production areas, and equipment
  • Reassembling machinery safely after cleaning
  • Following strict food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures

Hours: Monday to Friday 4pm-1am (Monday to Thursday), 2pm – 11pm (Friday)

Travel: You must be able to travel to the site independently

Pay: £13.66 per hour, £17.07 after 40 hours, rising to £14.14 per hour after 12 weeks, with £17.67 after 40 hours
