gap personnel is recruiting for an immediate start, a skilled MIG / TIG Welder to join their production team. You will be joining a busy manufacturing business based in Stow Maries, Essex.
Location: Stow Maries CM3
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (regular overtime available)
Pay: Competitive / negotiable depending on experience
Duties:
- MIG and TIG welding mild steel components
- Production welding to drawings and specifications
- Fabrication of flat and formed steel parts
- Maintaining quality and consistency in a production environment
Requirements:
- Proven MIG and TIG welding experience
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Experience with light to medium gauge steel
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines
- Production or manufacturing background preferred
