Pay & Working hours: Monday – Friday working weekly rotating 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 £12.98 Per Hour (Overtime Available)
Responsibilities:
- To manufacture a range of fixings in line with customer requirements via the Setting/Operation of a variety of metal working, power presses, cutting and wire forming machines.
- Carry out a number of secondary tasks/processes in order to satisfy customer requirements.
- Adhere to quality procedure ensuring products are manufactured to an appropriate standard and products conform to specified tolerances and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all company and legal obligations as outlined in our health & safety and environmental policies and procedures.

- Ability to follow system and accept / apply best practice ways of working.
- Ability to work smartly / apply Lean Principles.
- Able to prioritise work/tasks.
- A self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude and works calmly under pressure.
- Able to cope with frequently changing priorities and multiple duties.

Requirements:
- Experience of working in a raw material cutting / forming environment and Operating Automatic/semi-automatic machines.
- Enthusiastic.
- Driven, consistently hardworking.
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Flexibility.
