Looking for a hands-on role in manufacturing? Join our client team as a Machine Operative Assistant in a busy factory setting. You’ll support machine operators with setup, daily tasks, and end-of-shift clean-up while learning to run factory equipment.

What You’ll Do

Assist in setting up and running production machines
Learn new processes and support the lead machine operator
Report any faults or issues during production
Help move goods in the factory; use pallet trucks and other lifting tools
Always follow safety guidelines and keep your workspace tidy

Take on extra tasks as asked by management

Basic mechanical know-how is useful
Quick to learn, willing to work in a lively environment, and able to follow routines

Physical Requirements

Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift items manually when needed
