Gap Personnel, operating as an employment business, are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Formby, L37 area. We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to work for a plant nursery.
We are looking for a highly organised, computer-savvy person to keep our production flow accurate, efficient and well documented. The position is ongoing, potentially temp – perm. This role needs someone who can step in quickly and make an impact from day one.
What you’ll do:
- Confirm what resources are due to arrive and when
- Book in all deliveries accurately using our systems
- Produce and manage paperwork and digital records
- Make sure materials reach the right machine at the right time
- Record yields and production outputs
- Keep data clean, consistent and easy to rely on
- Support and oversee one team member when required
What really matters:
- Strong computer skills are essential – confident with systems, spreadsheets and digital processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work at pace and pick things up quickly
- Clear communicator with production and logistics teams
- Helpful but not essential: Plant or horticultural knowledge
- Experience in production, stock control or logistics
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:15
Salary: £14.50 per hour
