A growing operation in Leeds is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative with proven Team Leader experience to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in high standards, and is confident supporting and guiding others when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day‑to‑day warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, and stock movement
- Support the shift lead with coordinating daily tasks and ensuring smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate stock records and follow company processes
- Uphold health & safety standards across the warehouse
- Assist in training new starters and acting as a point of contact on shift
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided if required)

- Previous warehouse experience is essential

- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a 3 on / 3 off rotation
