Gap Personnel, operating as an employment business, are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Team Leader/Supervisor for a company based in the Knowsley area. The position is ongoing, transitioning into a permanent contract for suitable candidates.

Who we're looking for: We are looking for a strong-minded, experienced leader in a warehouse environment to oversee staff completing orders.

Job duties:

  • Ensuring all products are packed to standard
  • Driving the team to complete orders
  • Experience leading people in a warehouse environment, with strong training, communication, and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of manual handling and Health & Safety legislation
  • Able to identify risks and resolve issues quickly while maintaining high operational standards
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office and comfortable managing tasks

  • Monday to Friday 09:00am-17:30pm (Tuesday afternoon shift)
