Warehouse Administrator / Stock Controller

Location: Kegworth, Derby Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm Pay Rate: £13.83 per hour

We're looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator / Stock Controller to join our busy warehouse team based in the Kegworth, Derby area.

This role combines warehouse administration with stock control responsibilities and offers the opportunity to develop new skills through full FLT training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing warehouse administration and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels
  • Processing goods in and goods out paperwork
  • Updating stock systems and investigating stock discrepancies
  • Liaising with warehouse staff and other departments
  • Producing reports and supporting daily warehouse operations
  • Ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehouse administration experience
  • Experience with stock control and inventory management
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A willingness to train and undertake Forklift Truck (FLT) duties
