Administrator to join a growing Contact Centre team.

The Role

As an Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of a busy contact centre.

You'll communicate with customers by telephone and email, assisting with enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As the business continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills while supporting a diverse customer base.

Successful applicants must be available to attend mandatory training from 17th to 19th August . Please ensure you are available on these dates before applying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Make outbound calls to both businesses and consumers.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide information on products, services, and specifications.
  • Explain customer processes, including returns and order queries.
  • Escalate complex enquiries to senior team members where appropriate.
  • Update and maintain customer records and databases accurately.
  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks to support the team.
  • Manage customer accounts, from quotations through to payment chasing.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
