The role of the clerk, sea Imports is to fully meet customers\β expectations for safe and efficient transport of their products to the UK from worldwide destinations in accordance with company policy and procedures as well as statutory requirements. Job title Import Clerk Hours Monday to Friday 09:00am-17:00pm Salary Β£27-Β£29k Per Annumπ° Duties Use of Company In-House systems to complete Sea Import documentation and operational processes. Organise operational workflow to meet customer timeframes. Communicate effectively with the customer to obtain relevant information and ensure their needs are met. Liaise with sub-contractors to arrange carriage of goods from various worldwide destinations into the UK.
