We are delighted to be recruiting for a nine month fixed term contract for a HR Coordinator in Poulton Le-Fylde. This is role is within a great industry and a highly accessible location. This role is suitable for people commuting from Fleetwood, Cleveleys, Bispham, Blackpool, South Shore and Hambleton. HR Coordinator Salary: £27,500 HR Coordinator hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday HR Coordinator Company benefits: – 20 days holiday + Bank holidays (pro -rata) – Pensions contribution. -Free parking. HR Coordinator roles and responsibilities: * Provide advice and solutions to the home managers regarding employee relation queries. * Offer support in conduct investigations including taking notes for any meetings required. * Ensure that all personal files meet the compliance regulations and employees are recruited safely. * Support the home managers/admins with safe recruitment process and policies. * Coordinating any induction training for new starter * Coordinate the on-boarding process for new starters, ensuring they are issued with employment contracts. * Manage the overseas recruitment on the SMS portal. * Ensure the compliance is met according to the immigration for the group The perfect candidate should have: – Proficiency in office 365 – Attention to detail. -Great time management -approachability.
