Responsibilities
- Managing the day‑to‑day running of the office.
- Providing administrative support to the management team.
- Answering calls, responding to emails and welcoming visitors.
- Coordinating meetings, diaries and company communications.
- Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers.
- Maintaining accurate records and company documentation.
- Supporting HR administration, including onboarding paperwork.
- Organising team events and helping to create a positive working environment.
- Championing employee wellbeing and supporting mental health initiatives across the business.
Qualifications
- Previous office management, office coordinator or senior administration experience.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Approachable, caring and passionate about supporting others.
- Interest in mental health and workplace wellbeing.
- Hold or willingness to obtain a Mental Health First Aid qualification.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems.
