Office Manager

£24,500 per annum

Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 4:00pm | Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Managing the day‑to‑day running of the office.
  • Providing administrative support to the management team.
  • Answering calls, responding to emails and welcoming visitors.
  • Coordinating meetings, diaries and company communications.
  • Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers.
  • Maintaining accurate records and company documentation.
  • Supporting HR administration, including onboarding paperwork.
  • Organising team events and helping to create a positive working environment.
  • Championing employee wellbeing and supporting mental health initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

  • Previous office management, office coordinator or senior administration experience.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Approachable, caring and passionate about supporting others.
  • Interest in mental health and workplace wellbeing.
  • Hold or willingness to obtain a Mental Health First Aid qualification.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems.
