We are currently recruiting for a Marketing & Communications Executive in the Rossendale area.

Main Purpose of the Role

The Marketing & Communications Executive supports the marketing team in delivering high-impact marketing and communications activities across all channels. This role is ideal for a creative, digitally savvy individual who is eager to learn and contribute to brand growth. The position focuses on social media management, content creation, influencer engagement, and campaign coordination to ensure consistent visibility, engagement, and alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage day-to-day activity across all social media channels.
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content (graphics, videos, captions).
  • Manage influencer relationships and coordinate product collaborations.
  • Coordinate internal newsletters and liaise with external trade press.
  • Maintain and update website content and related business systems.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorship activities.
  • Assist with planning and attendance at exhibitions and trade events.
  • Generate and analyse monthly social media performance reports.
  • Track merchandise and POS (Point of Sale) stock levels and reorder as required.
  • Process purchase orders and support the team with general administrative tasks.

Essential Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g. Canva, video editing apps).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
