Production Worker – Manufacturing (Temp to Perm) £12.90 per hour | Harlow, Essex | Full Time | Temp to Perm
We're hiring on behalf of a well-established British manufacturer specialising in bespoke, handcrafted fittings. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in quality — with the chance to secure a permanent position. No experience? No problem — full training is provided.
Your Day-to-Day Duties
- Soldering PCBs (training provided if needed)
- Assembly of products on the production line
- Packaging and labelling goods ready for dispatch
- Working with your team to meet daily production targets
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Previous soldering or electronics assembly experience is advantageous but not essential

Monday–Thursday: 07:30–16:30
Friday: 07:30–14:00
