Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the end-to-end recruitment, ensuring excellent candidate experience.
  • Manage advertising response and ensure all candidates are contacted within agreed set time frames at each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Manage the recruitment email inbox, responding promptly and directing queries where needed.
  • Post job adverts across relevant online and social media platforms.
  • Carry out occasional salary benchmarking to help us stay competitive.
  • Complete pre-screening checks on applicants as required and manage the boarding process.
  • Prepare and send interview packs with all required documents for hiring managers.
  • Keep the recruitment database accurate and up to date, tracking vacancy progress.
  • Support with additional recruitment tasks as needed.
