Forklift Driver (Counterbalance)
Site Location: Crewkerne
Contract: Temporary (14th August - 2nd September)
Shift Pattern: 12-hour 4 on 4 off, 6:00am to 6:00pm
Pay Rate: £14.08 - £18.00 per hour

Gap Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join the Dairy team at Yeo Valley in Crewkerne on a temporary 3-week assignment, running from 14th August to 2nd September.
As a Forklift Driver, you'll play a key role in keeping production moving by safely transporting products and materials across the site while supporting the day-to-day operation of the department.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
- Moving stock, raw materials and finished goods around site
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Supplying production lines with materials as required
- Carrying out routine safety checks on the forkliftSupporting the warehouse and production teams where needed
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
What we are looking for:
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (essential)
- Previous Counterbalance Forklift driving experience
- Experience working within a warehouse, manufacturing or food production environment is desirable
- Good communication skills
- Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
