Site Location: Newton Abbot

Contract: Temporary ongoing

Shift Pattern: Shifts booked weekly, any evenings, Monday to Sunday, 5.45pm to 12am (midnight)

Pay Rate: £13.53 per hour if unskilled, £14.08 if trained on machines, £14.65 after 10pm

Due to continued business growth, gap personnel are recruiting for Food Production Operator – Evenings to join the team at Yeo Valley in Newton Abbot. These roles are available with immediate starts.

As a Food Production Operator - Evenings, you will be helping with the end‑of‑day running of the production line, making sure products are made safely, correctly, and on time.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Working on the line and helping with food production
  • Packing products correctly and safely
  • Checking that everything is running as it should
  • Keeping your area clean and organised
  • Letting the team know if there are any issues
  • Once trained, operating the machinery
