gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment business and currently looking to recruit a Food Packing Operative for a clean room environment to join our health food manufacturing client based in Bristol (BS31). As a Food Packing Operative, you willjoin a team where you will become a key and valued member providing support to key operations.
Please note: you will be working around ingredients that may contain nuts and dairy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily production tasks
- Accurately weighing out ingredients
- Work in a cleanroom environment wearing full gown and gloves (PPE provided)
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Operate manual and semi-automated equipment safely
- Meet production targets by following procedures and process sheets
- Support continuous improvement and teamwork across production lines
About You:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working around nut and dairy products
- Team player with good communication skills
- Physically fit and great attention to detail
- Basic computer and maths skills
- Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
