We are excited to be recruiting for a Finance Administrator for a global client based in South Shore. This role is suitable for an experienced Wealth Planner with a keenness to implement their skills for a great company!
Finance Administrator salary: £26,000-£27,500
Finance Administrator hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday (Hybrid working available post probation).

Finance Administrator roles and responsibilities:
- To assist with the daily/weekly and monthly transactional postings and ensure they reconcile to banks
- To assist with the processing and allocation of payments to suppliers and maintain creditors ledgers
- To assist with all aspects of administration in relation to VCT buyback including the monitoring of disclosures and updating the website
- To process VCT applications in relation to Offers open and carry out all related administration pre- and post-allotment
- To conduct anti-money laundering reviews and checks on VCT applicants, complete risk reviews and obtain additional information/documentation if required
- Maintain departmental filing system including data destruction
- Be proactive in developing knowledge of the industry and the market
