Key Responsibilities

  • Cut, bend, and form raw sheet metal materials into precise shapes and sizes for a range of products and structural components.
  • Read and accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure correct build requirements.
  • Operate and maintain workshop equipment including guillotines and brake press machinery.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure it meets required quality standards and make adjustments where necessary.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specification.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Confident using a range of sheet metal tools and machinery.
  • Strong focus on accuracy, precision, and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to identify issues and carry out repairs or modifications to existing metalwork.
