- Providing clear reporting and insight into SEO performance, risks and opportunities
- Leading SEO activity throughout major website migrations and replatforming programmes, from planning and testing through to post-launch monitoring
- Developing GEO and AEO strategies to increase visibility across AI-driven search experiences
- Building SEO knowledge and promoting best practice throughout the wider organisation
What we’re looking for:
- Significant SEO experience gained within ecommerce, retail or another large consumer-facing organisation
- A proven track record of developing and delivering SEO strategies within complex, multi-site or multi-brand environments
- Strong technical SEO expertise, supported by a sound understanding of content and authority-building strategies

- Proven experience leading SEO activity through major website migrations or replatforming projects
- A strong understanding of GEO and AEO, including structured data, content optimisation, authority and AI-led search visibility
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
- A proactive, results-driven and commercially minded approach
It would be an advantage if you have:

- Experience presenting SEO strategies and performance insights to senior stakeholders
- A genuine interest in evolving search behaviour and emerging industry trends
What’s on offer:
