Job Title: Event Crew Member / Marquee Erector

Gap Personnel is currently recruiting for two Event Crew Members/Marquee Erectors for a short-term engagement lasting two days.
Location: Mapledhurham, Reading
Conditions: Outdoor environment

Successful candidate needs to have own transport due to location.
Main Duties as a Marquee Erector
- Laying out components
- Connecting metal frames or poles
- Pulling heavy tarps or canopies over structures
- Securing stakes or weights
- Safely dismantling structures after the event
- Packing equipment neatly and returning items to the warehouse
Working Hours:
- One day 23/09/2026 9am – 4:30 pm
- One day 03/10/2026 9am – 4:30 pm
Hourly Pay Rates
- Basic Rate - £13.50
No experience needed, apart from knowledge of using the hand tools.
