This is a full-time, Branch Based Recruitment Consultant in a 360 role based in Southend, On Sea. A full driving licence is essential for the role as is relevant, previous experience in a similar role.
- Salary £33,000-£39,000, depending on experience
- Uncapped Bonus Scheme
- Managing an existing Industrial desk & completing new business duties
- Manage and develop relationships with existing client accounts, acting as the main point of contact
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activity to ensure client staffing requirements are met
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates into suitable temporary and permanent positions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media & CRM
- Manage candidate availability, bookings, and workforce planning to ensure successful fulfilment
- Conduct regular client service reviews to maintain high levels of satisfaction and identify ongoing recruitment needs
- Build long-term relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
- Monitor account performance, ensuring KPIs, service levels, and compliance standards are achieved
- Deliver an exceptional recruitment service that supports client retention and long-term partnerships
Previous experience within recruitment or similar including new business and service. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Full UK driving licence and own transport.
