Pay Rate: £12.21 p/h

Contract: Temporary ongoing with permanent opportunities available

gap personnel Gloucester are recruiting for 3 E-Comm Packers for an ongoing temporary assignment, in Swindon SN25.

The site operates Monday – Friday, and you will be asked to work on two weeks training for 9am – 5pm, and then you will be placed for the shift either 6am-2pm, or 2pm-10pm. Successful candidate must have ‘can -do’ attitude, be polite and willing to work. Must have warehouse experience too, and have great English verbal and spoken. Must have PC literate too.

Standard Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday for first two weeks 9am – 5pm,
  • After 2 weeks training you will be placed on either 6am – 2pm or 2pm -10pm, Monday to Friday

Hourly Pay Rates

  • Basic Rate – £12.21 p/h

Duties :

  • To complete all given work tasks in scheduled time base on provided documents.
  • To help collect all data required to improve quality of products.
  • Daily using hand scanner and PC internal system – training will be provided
  • Scanning items and allocating them to correct location within warehouse
  • Picking and packing
  • To ensure that all Health and Safety rules and procedures are always adhered to.
  • Report to Production Coordinator / Team Leader about any defects or faults.

Skills required for the role:

  • Numerate and literate; must have good English verbal and spoken
  • Must be PC literate
  • Must have some warehouse experience
  • Ability to work as a part of the team.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-moving business, to be able to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
