We are recruiting 4x Nursery Operatives to join the Nursery Team at a leading UK wholesale nursery based in Diss IP22 - Immediate start
This is a hands‑on outdoor role, ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a busy team.
Duties include
- Weeding bedding plants and nursery stock.
- Topping up pots with compost.
- General plant maintenance and care.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Carrying out any other nursery-related tasks as required.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures and site best practices.
Requirements
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the rural location.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, hard‑working and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
- Previous horticultural or nursery experience is beneficial but not essential.
