We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Operative to work with our client based in Manchester city centre. The role will involve interacting with customers via telephone, emails and live web chat to help them with issues and to resolve complaints. This is a weekend role working 20 hours per week over Saturday and Sunday. There are 3 shift patterns: 06:30-16:30/09:00-19:00/11:00-21:00 (there will be a paid 1 hour lunch break). Full training will be given however candidates will need previous customer service experience and be happy to speak to customers over the telephone. Gap Personnel is acting as an employment business.
