gap personnel are looking for Customer Service Operative x2 for our well-established Client based in Stafford - Acton Gate with an immediate start!

Rota: 5 days out of 7, Saturdays and Sundays required occasionally, 8h shifts in between 6AM and 8PM, weekends 6AM-6PM based on a rota provided for the following weeks.

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Booking deliveries
  • Arranging returns and replacements
  • Keeping system up to date

Requirements: Experience in customer service is essential.
