To work with the Customer Service team managing calls and emails from Customers, Clients and GP's.
To ensure information is taken correctly and entered on to computer systems safely and securely.
Duties will include
- Call handling

- Managing emails and queries effectively
- Assisting management with office admin tasks
- Supporting data protection procedures
