We are supporting our client in recruiting a Sales Administrator / Customer Service Assistant to join their busy and friendly office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, customer service, and data entry, with plenty of variety day‑to‑day.
Salary: £13.38 per hour
Location: Clitheroe
Working Hours:
- Mon–Thu: 8:00am – 4:15pm
- Fri: 8:00am – 3:00pm
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Processing incoming sales orders via email
- Entering data into Sage
- Handling customer queries such as delivery dates and order updates
- General sales admin and office support
- Providing customer service by phone and email
Most of the work is PC‑based, with some telephone communication.
