gap personnel are currently recruiting for Temporary and temp to perm role of Production Operative/ Gluing operative for one of the printing companies in Chippenham. They are specialists in the design and manufacture of POP, Display Packaging, Shelf Ready Packaging, Window Displays.
As a Production and Gluing Operative you will work in a busy production environment, to operate a machine and glue cartons together, and will be supporting the daily volume of work. You can choose your working hours, you can work between 10 – 48 hours per week – as per your preference! If you wish to work only weekends, we can also supply you with your preferred hours!
Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Basic Operation of production machinery
- Supporting printing desk
- Gluing – operating glue gun – training will be provided
- Support the daily production volume in line with Client service level agreements and targets set.
- Adhere to company processes and checks in place – quality, enclosing & dispatch.
- Report any issues whether print quality, machine or stock to Management
Working shifts and hours:
Working hours are absolutely flexible – you can choose to work only on mornings or afternoons, part time or full time, only weekends, or if you wish to start at 6am or 7am we can also support you with it!
