Gap Personnel is recruiting Food Production Operatives for a busy and growing factory in Chessington. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious, career-driven individuals looking to progress quickly through dedicated training and development.

Pay & Progression- Starting Pay: £13.10ph, Level 2 £14.10
- Overtime: £19.65ph
- Fast-Track Progression Opportunities:
- Level 2: £14.10ph days / £15.36ph nights
- Level 3: £15.34ph days / £16.60ph nights

Shift Pattern7:00am – 7:00pm 4 on / 4 off
Duties Include- Preparing and operating production machinery
- Packing and labelling products accurately
- Feeding materials into machines
- Preparing finished products for dispatch
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Supporting smooth production line operations
- Previous factory or production experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and able to commute to site
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- No shellfish allergies
Excellent bus routes from Kingston, Surbiton & Tolworth. Bus stop just 1 minute from site. 25–30 mins from London Waterloo to Tolworth or Chessington North. Free on-site parking.
