A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Mechanical Plant Fitter to join a well‑established engineering operation specialising in large plant and heavy mechanical assemblies. Key Responsibilities

  • Stripping, inspecting and rebuilding heavy mechanical components
  • Working on gearboxes, drivetrains and large mechanical assemblies
  • Using overhead cranes, jibs and lifting equipment safely
  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on plant equipment
  • Diagnosing mechanical faults and completing high‑quality repairs
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering documentation
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety procedures and quality standards
