Brand new vacancy available for our client in Crewe, CW1. We are looking for a hard-working individual with an experienced background in customer service and order processing. This role requires previous experience using SAP software, which is the system used for business processes including Goods in/ Goods out, Order Processing, and Invoicing. The chosen candidate must be computer literate and be able to follow detailed instructions from colleagues.

Job term: 12 month fixed contract, with permanent opportunities.

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour, this can increase depending on experience.

Working hours: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-3pm on Friday.

Duties include:

  • Process customer orders & send orders for dispatch (Using SAP)
  • Raise Purchase Orders (Using SAP)
  • Invoice orders once goods have been dispatched (Using SAP)
  • Inform customers if delivery dates change
  • Answer phone calls and respond to any enquiries
  • Answer email enquiries
  • Create part codes once trained (Using SAP)
  • Help colleagues with stock enquiries (Using SAP)
  • Any other general admin tasks required

Required experience: The chosen candidate must have previous experience in customer service and order processing, with the ability to use SAP software. A valid UK driving license is preferred.
