gap personnel are recruiting for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team here in Bristol.
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Junior Recruitment Consultant with the development into a 360 Consultant. Whilst you are training to become a successful Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be taught how to manage existing clients, learn about the full recruitment process for onboarding new candidates and the compliance that sits behind it. Long term, you’ll be responsible for managing an established client account, ensuring staffing needs are met, maintaining service levels, generating new GP and strong long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day relationships with existing clients
- Coordinating recruitment activity to meet staffing requirements
- Managing bookings, fulfilment, and workforce planning
- Resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Monitoring KPIs and service performance
- Supporting candidates through the recruitment process
- Delivering an excellent overall client experience
- Once fully trained on the Account Manager side, we would introduce you to the sales side and development into a 360 Consultant.
