gap personnel acting as an employment business are currently recruiting for a Food Packaging Operative for our client, based in Keynsham, BS31. As a Food Packaging Operative you will join a team where you will become a key and valued member providing support.
Duties
- Execute daily production tasks by following written and verbal instructions
- Measure ingredients precisely to ensure correct batch preparation
- Work within a controlled cleanroom environment while wearing full PPE (gown and gloves provided)
- Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout all activities
- Operate manual and semi‑automated machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow process sheets and procedures to meet daily production targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement and collaborate effectively across production lines

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong accuracy in task execution
- Comfortable working with nut and dairy products
- Physically capable and able to maintain focus in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy
- Fluent English communication (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
