We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to support the upkeep and presentation of outdoor spaces. The successful candidate will undertake a range of practical grounds maintenance duties and work as part of the operations team. The role will include, but is not limited to, the following duties which you will need experience within:
- Grass strimming
- Hedge cutting
- Weeding of planted and hard landscaped areas
- Litter picking to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Push mowing of grassed areas
- General grounds maintenance tasks as required
Essential Requirements
- A full, valid driving licence is essential
- Ability to carry out physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions
- A responsible and safety-conscious approach to work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
