We are delighted to be recruiting for an Operations Administrator for a great client based in Bispham. This is a role within an extremely supportive and friendly team. If you are organised and detail orientated and want to work in an exciting travel industry, this is the role for you. This role is suitable for people commuting from Fleetwood, Cleveleys, Blackpool, Layton, Hambleton and South Shore.
Salary: ÂŁ23,500
Hours: 35 hours between 8am and 5:30pm Monday- Friday

Roles and responsibilities:
- General administration tasks across all areas of the business to support our business needs as required.
- Creation of tour documentation and supporting literature for the tour operating process.
- Ensuring accurate information regarding hotels, destinations and visits are documented.
- Delivering administration support within agreed time frames.
- Pro-actively liaising with external suppliers to ensure speedy delivery times are achieved.
- Supporting the management of “options” with key suppliers.

- Ability to work under own initiative.
- IT Proficient.
- Strong time management skills.
