We're looking for an ambitious, confident and motivatedTrainee Business Development Executiveto join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales and business development.
We're more interested in your attitude, ambition and willingness to learn than your experience.
You'll be trained and supported to develop the skills needed to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients and generate new business for gap personnel.
What You'll Be Doing
- Researching and identifying potential new clients.
- Making outbound calls and introducing our recruitment solutions.
- Building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identifying customer needs and new business opportunities.
- Following up with prospective clients.
- Working towards activity and performance targets.
- Managing opportunities and keeping our CRM up to date.
- Working closely with our experienced sales and branch teams.

Experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, retail, hospitality or other target-driven environments is useful, butnot essential.
