We’re looking for a detail-focused Trimmer to join a busy manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for trimming, finishing, and preparing products to meet quality standards before they move to the next stage of production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trimming and finishing materials to required specifications
  • Using hand tools and cutting equipment safely and accurately
  • Inspecting products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
  • Ensuring all finished items meet quality and measurement requirements
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
  • Following production schedules and meeting daily output targets
  • Reporting any issues, defects, or equipment concerns to supervisors
  • Supporting the wider production team as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous trimming, finishing, or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working around machinery in a fast-paced environment
