We’re looking for a detail-focused Trimmer to join a busy manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for trimming, finishing, and preparing products to meet quality standards before they move to the next stage of production.
Key Responsibilities
- Trimming and finishing materials to required specifications
- Using hand tools and cutting equipment safely and accurately
- Inspecting products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
- Ensuring all finished items meet quality and measurement requirements
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
- Following production schedules and meeting daily output targets
- Reporting any issues, defects, or equipment concerns to supervisors
- Supporting the wider production team as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous trimming, finishing, or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail
- Comfortable working around machinery in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Understanding of basic health & safety and PPE requirements
