Our branch is looking for a Branch Administrator to join our dedicated and successful team based in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the end-to-end recruitment, ensuring excellent candidate experience
- Manage advertising response and ensure all candidates are contacted within agreed set time frames at each stage of the recruitment process
- Manage the recruitment email inbox, responding promptly and directing queries where needed
- Post job adverts across relevant online and social media platforms
- Carry out occasional salary benchmarking to help us stay competitive
- Complete pre-screening checks on applicants as required and manage the boarding process
- Prepare and send interview packs with all required documents for hiring managers
- Keep the recruitment database accurate and up to date, tracking vacancy progress
- Support with additional recruitment tasks as needed
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team-working skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Confidence and self-motivation
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in relation to the work undertaken
