Gap Personnel are on the lookout for a proactive and positive Administration Assistant to join our friendly team in the Wymondham area! What You’ll Be Doing: Keeping admin tasks on track and ticking over Entering data with ninja-like accuracy Typing up documents and communications with speed and precision Organising files, folders, and a million little details Supporting the team with day-to-day admin magic Working independently to meet deadlines and keep things flowing What We’re Looking For: Previous office/admin experience – this is a must! Confident typing skills and attention to detail Strong organisational and time-management skills Comfortable working on your own and using your initiative Great communication – written and verbal Super accurate data entry skills (because little mistakes can cause big headaches!) What You’ll Get: A consistent Monday–Friday schedule (37.5 hours a week – no weekends!)
