Accounts/Office Assistant £21,450 per annum Monday – Friday / 10am-4pm / Part-Time Wrexham 6th January 2025 start date Our client based in Wrexham area is currently recruiting an Accounts/Office Assistant to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis to work within their accounts department. Performance Objectives * Raising sales invoices and credit notes in sterling and euros. * Entering and allocating sales ledger cash in sterling and euros. * Chasing customers for payment where necessary. * Processing credit card payments. * Preparing cheques for banking. * Completing sales ledger month end procedure. * Entering purchase ledger invoices and credit notes in sterling, US dollars and euros. * Entering purchase ledger payments in sterling, US dollars and euros. * Checking purchase ledger invoices. * Completing purchase ledger month end procedures. * Producing month end purchase ledger pay run.
