Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking to recruit a Designer to join their team on a permanent basis.Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join their well-renowned, family-owned timber engineering company. We are looking for the right candidate to join their friendly team of design experts, where you will enjoy the autonomy of managing your own projects, with a high variety of work from day to day.
Performance Objectives
Reporting to the Design Office Manager, you will be expected to provide accurate and thorough designs on ITW\’s Gang Nail software.
You will be the main point of contact with customers answering technical queries, providing comprehensive advice and giving excellent customer service on every project.
The role involves liaising with site visits, production and manufacturing teams to ensure a smooth delivery within their 5 Day Delivery timescales.
You will be expected to prioritise and manage your own workload as well as reviewing your own work for accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

Prior experience designing Roof Trusses and Joists
